We had a wonderful stay at Parkhotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city, being just a short walk from the historic center and nestled next to a peaceful park. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. We especially loved the cozy bed, soft fabrics, and the convenience of having a coffee machine in the room. The smart TV was a great touch for streaming our favorite shows and videos. The breakfast was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Despite a minor miscommunication about the check-in time, the staff made up for it by providing a lovely welcome gift. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We really loved the location of this place, nestled in a park close to the city center. It allowed us to explore the historic sites and take leisurely walks, immersing ourselves in the beauty of nature. The staff was always very helpful and lovely, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing us with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.

The free parking was a great perk and the breakfast had plenty to offer. The location was also very convenient, with many shops and restaurants in the area. I also enjoyed the free toiletries in the bathroom and the comfortable bed.

The carpets were stained and the walls were scuffed in some areas. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the shower was difficult to control.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature and not far from the two bridges that lead to the Polish side. It offers a nice view of the river and the room itself is spacious and luxurious. The bathroom is large and the staff is attentive and helpful. They provide a free sauna and exercise room, and the breakfast buffet is of good quality.

The hotel lacks basic facilities for children, such as changing facilities in the toilets and suitable eating chairs for small children.
