Spacious room with high ceilings. Limited dining options but convenient for short layovers. Nice hotel courtyard. Close to Century Park and nearby bars. Friendly staff with excellent customer service.

The front office staff, especially Mr Jason Hu, went above and beyond to make our stay at Grand Mercure extra special. He not only provided excellent service but also gave us a complimentary upgrade, making our stay even more memorable. We will definitely choose this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff and service.

the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Swimming pool were all well, maintained and provided a serene escape from the bustling city. In, room breakfast was a delightful touch and their Buffet breakfast had an excellent variety of options to satisfy any craving. the Restaurant's food quality and presentation were both outstanding, and the Bar/ Lounge area was a perfect spot for cocktails with friends.

The only minor inconvenience we experienced was the lack of a Snack bar. this was easily resolved by taking advantage of their Packed lunches.

My partner and I had a lovely romantic getaway at this hotel. the spacious room was well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel really welcome. We especially liked the complimentary breakfast and the beautiful view from our room overlooking the park. the hotel is situated in a great location, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and other local attractions.

the gym was quite small and lacked some equipment that we were hoping to use. Despite these small issues, we had an overall enjoyable experience at the hotel and would recommend it to other couples looking for a romantic escape.

This hotel is conveniently located near both the beach and the nearest MRT station, making it easy to relax after a long day at the exhibition. The rooms are large, nice, and clean with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a wonderful view of the skyline. The staff is friendly and eager to please, ensuring a pleasant stay. The outdoor pool is a great feature, providing a refreshing place to cool off in the hot Shanghai weather.
