Comfortable and child-friendly stay. The junior suite was spacious and safe for our child to run around in. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Convenient on-site parking and a nice, hot sauna. Location was just a 15-minute walk from the center. Strong free WiFi.

The room was spacious and clean, with daily replenishments of tea, coffee, and toiletries. the balcony had a lovely view as well. the staff was very helpful and polite, making our experience even better. the location was ideal, allowing us to easily visit central Cologne on foot or by taking the tram/metro right outside the hotel. the facilities inside were excellent, including a cozy bed and efficient air-conditioning. the bathroom was also well-appointed and clean. we highly recommend Mercure for a visit to the Koln City area.

I stayed at Mercure for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic time. The hotel is located in a quiet area but still within walking distance of the city center. The rooms were comfortable and we slept well. The staff was incredibly friendly, greeting us nicely and accommodating our early and late check-ins. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a big TV for entertainment. a great location to explore the city from.

The view from our balcony was a lovely bonus. The staff were always helpful and polite, making us feel very welcome. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a train station close by and easy access to the city center. The amenities provided, such as the gym and sauna, added to our enhanced comfort and relaxation.

We found the menu in the bar/restaurant quite limited, and during busy times, the service was a bit slow due to the limited staff available. However, these minor issues did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at this hotel.

I had a great experience spending my Easter break in a comfortable hotel with nice staff. They offered complementary coffee and tea in my room and gave me extra towels without any hesitation. I was able to explore the city and visit all the attractions within walking distance or taking a short metro ride. the hotel room was spacious and cozy.
