The suite at Residence Inn was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette, including a full-size fridge and appliances. The large room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff, especially Crystal, were amazing and made us feel welcome. Their hospitality added a personal touch to our experience. Despite the pool being a bit cold, the kids quickly adjusted and enjoyed their time swimming.

The location of the hotel was great as it was close to the GO station, allowing us to easily access transportation. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, making it convenient for us to grab a bite to eat. The hotel also had a swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a hot day at the zoo or a day at the ski hill.

The pullout couch in the room was uncomfortable, forcing me to sleep on it while my wife rested on the squeaky queen bed.

The hotel's location is perfect, right at 401 and Brock Street, making it easy to get to from Eastern Ontario. It is also in the center of the city, close to many restaurants and shops. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the modern design added to the overall pleasant experience. The full-functioning kitchen in the room was a great bonus, allowing us to prepare our own meals. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious options, and the staff was always friendly and accommodating.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in the Whitby area that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The attention to detail from the entire team, including the General Manager who seemed to be everywhere at once, was impressive. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The room size was perfect for our family, allowing us to comfortably accommodate our boisterous kids. the staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us. the housekeeping service was exceptional, always making sure our room was clean and tidy.

The distance from the elevator to our room was quite long, making multiple trips with luggage and kids a bit of a hassle. It would have been great if the hotel had more than one elevator for easier access.

As a budget traveler, I loved the spacious and clean one-bedroom suite on the 4th floor. It was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The hotel is also conveniently located with stores and restaurants nearby.

The bagged breakfast offered at the hotel was the same every day and became repetitive. the air conditioning system in our room malfunctioned mid-stay and we had to use a portable AC unit which wasn't able to cool down the whole room.

This hotel is conveniently located in the center of a heavily family populated area, close to a few good restaurants. The rooms with the kitchenette are fantastic, providing a full functioning kitchen or small functional kitchen depending on your needs. The value for money is excellent, with breakfast included in the rate.
