I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right next to the subway entrance that takes you to the city center. The room was clean and I had everything I needed, including a kitchen corner with all the necessary utensils. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing room service and assisting with tours and tickets. The amenities were top-notch, with a flat-screen TV, free toiletries, and a comfortable sitting area. I was very impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided.

Our stay at Mintrops Concierge was a treat! The spacious balcony gave us a lovely view of the nearby park, perfect for a morning stroll. The kitchen was well designed and allowed us to prepare our own meals. The staff were incredibly kind and quick to assist us whenever needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast had a good selection of organic products and oat milk. the staff was also kind and helpful. Another advantage was the proximity to a nice park and easy access to public transportation.

The soundproofing was not very good and we could hear noises from the hallway. the room lacked a deadlock or way to secure the door from the inside, which was a bit concerning when staying with a child.

The staff is super friendly, breakfast is plenty, easily accessible parking, perfect location for SPIEL or Essen Messe, well-designed kitchen.
