Despite being in the center, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to have a peaceful stay. the room itself was spacious with a nice bathroom and plenty of storage. the beds were comfortable, and the towels provided were new and clean. We also appreciated the option to do laundry at a reasonable price. Another highlight was the friendly staff, particularly the ladies who prepared the delicious breakfast.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Tulum and had an amazing experience at Los Arcos Hotel. The staff at Los Arcos Hotel were excellent, real nice, and patient. David, in particular, made us feel at home and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was cleaned daily and we never had any issues with missing items. The hotel also offered a laundry service, which left our clothes super clean and smelling amazing, all at a very reasonable cost. The room itself was really clean, the AC worked well, and hot water was available at all times. The pool was refreshing and clean, and the location of the hotel was conveniently close to the downtown strip, making it easy for us to walk there every day. The hotel had a peaceful vibe, and they even sold refreshments in the lobby along with free coffee. The staff also helped us find affordable transportation and recommended amazing places to visit. Even the cleaning staff did a great job, especially considering we were a big family with a lot of kids. I would definitely book Los Arcos Hotel again on my next visit to Tulum. It truly felt like home, and we were actually sad when we left.
