The staff at Schlosshotel Molkenkur were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. Despite arriving late and finding the restaurant closed for renovation, they quickly gave us recommendations for nearby dining options. The room we stayed in was clean and well-decorated, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a complementary bottle of sparkling water waiting for us. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with a tram stop just 100 meters away, providing easy access to the Castle and city. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff and comfortable accommodations.

The check-in process was a disaster, with our room not being ready and nobody informing us of the delay. the limited dining options and presence of bugs in the restaurant made for an unappetizing dinner experience.
