This hotel, tucked away on top of a small hill, offers great value for money. The rooms with mountain views are spacious and comfortable, and the staff go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast, with its wide variety of delicious food, is the perfect start to a day of exploring.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The private onsen was a highlight, allowing us to relax and enjoy the snowy scenery. The meals were delicious and the buffet offered a great variety of Japanese and Western dishes. The shuttle service made it easy to access nearby ski resorts. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is ideally located on top of a hill behind Hakuba Station, offering a stunning view of Hakuba Valley and the ski fields. It may be away from the apres-ski activities, but it is conveniently right in town near the ski lifts. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with newly renovated interiors and amenities like a heater and stainless steel frame for drying wet clothes. The hotel provides excellent service, including English-speaking staff and a complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions.

The hotel's shuttle bus service could use some improvement, as it only drops off guests in town and does not pick them up later, even for urgent needs like going to the pharmacy.

The fantastic buffet meals offered both, Japanese and western cuisine, were well worth the price, and the courteous staff added a homely feel to our weekend getaway.

Although the hotel offers an on-demand shuttle and free bus service to access all nearby mountains, the location was a bit inconvenient, requiring a taxi ride to reach town. The rooms were cozy but a bit small, and lacked views as they faced the car park.
