We appreciate the hotel's prime location just steps away from the Neumarkt Christmas market, making it easy to enjoy festive activities. The fresh breakfast options and cozy bar provided a perfect start and end to our busy days exploring the area. The underground parking was a big plus, giving us peace of mind during our stay at a reasonable daily rate.

The rooms could be a touch larger for family comfort.

Brilliant staff and great atmosphere in the bar.

I was surprised that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which is usually standard in hotels. Getting hot water from the main bar was inconvenient. Also, while the breakfast had some organic options, it felt overpriced at €15 per person, especially since there was no restaurant on-site to offer more substantial meals.

the rooms are tiny, hardly fit for a king, and there's literally no storage space at all. how do you expect me to live out of a suitcase? i was expecting a welcome upgrade for my troubles, but all i got was a different noisy room. breakfast for 15 euros is pure robbery, too.

Had an amazing time! the breakfast was an unexpected delight! all organic and really fresh! and I couldn't believe how friendly and helpful the staff were, made us feel at home, you know? The room was cozy, not huge but just right for crashing after a long day! really good vibes here.
