the hotel, Motel One Koln-Neumarkt, was modern and had comfy beds. They even provided complimentary coffee in the morning. the staff were incredibly helpful and nice. the location was perfect, and the windows were excellent at blocking out street noise. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel had a modern and well-furnished interior, creating a wonderful ambiance. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good shower pressure. The 24/7 bar was a convenient feature. I also enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the morning. it was good value for money.

One specific situation that happened to me was the room size. Although the rooms were small, they were still modern and clean.

The hotel is in the perfect location, right in the centre yet very quiet, and offers great value for money. The staff were extremely helpful and our double room had all the basic amenities we needed like a working shower, hair dryer & TV.
