We had such a lovely stay at a luxury boutique hotel in a hidden gem of a location. The trulli house we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a large bed and a luxurious bathroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the pool area was stunning. The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. Although there were a few minor issues, like the underseasoned omelets and the lack of variety in the breakfast spread, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and memorable experience.

During my Thanksgiving getaway, I had a fantastic time in a quaint and charming countryside retreat. the picturesque landscape took my breath away, and the beautiful apartment where I stayed had a comfortable bed fitted with high-quality sheets, making my stay feel like pure bliss. the lovely pool area was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun, and the food served at the on-site restaurant was impeccable.

The resort seemed to have trouble handling the influx of groups. the crowd could get noisy, and sometimes it felt like the resort was too small to hold these big groups.

Nestled in a serene countryside setting, this hidden gem offers a tranquil escape away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The restaurant serves delectable cuisine, with dishes that melt in your mouth, like the chef's genius creations. With beautifully maintained grounds and picturesque trulli rooms, this place exudes luxury. The pool area offers a relaxing oasis to unwind and take a refreshing dip. The attentive staff ensure a seamless experience, making you feel right at home.

It would be beneficial if there were more staff available to cater to larger groups, as the service can become overwhelmed during peak times.

The amenities in the room, such as the heating, air conditioning, and mini-bar, were top-notch and added to the overall comfort. The hotel also had a lovely patio with garden furniture, where I could relax and unwind after a long day. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch and added to the overall luxury of the hotel. The flat-screen TV in the room allowed me to unwind and catch up on my favorite shows in the evenings.

Every bite was a culinary masterpiece that left us wanting more. The reasonable prices for the delicious dinners and drinks were an added bonus. The grounds were well-maintained and offered a peaceful ambiance. We wished we had stayed longer to fully immerse ourselves in the tranquility. our stay at Borgo Canonica was superb.

Although our stay was wonderful, there were a couple of minor issues. The lack of an iron in the room made it a bit challenging to have wrinkle-free clothes for dinner.

Tranquil, scenic retreat with stunning trulli accommodations. Impeccable service and delectable dining. Serene infinity pool amidst lush grounds. Perfect for a honeymoon or peaceful getaway. Can't wait to return!

We had an absolutely incredible time at this place. The location was so beautiful that it took our breath away. The accommodation was incredibly charming with its characteristic design and the atmosphere was simply wonderful. We especially loved the lovely pool where we could relax and enjoy delicious drinks. The surroundings were so stunning, with nature all around us. The staff were extremely caring, super kind, and always ready to help. They provided us with all the suggestions we needed to appreciate the whole property and to explore the area.

We stayed at Borgo Canonica for 3 nights and it was an absolute luxury. The food was phenomenal, worth visiting for the food alone. The Trulli accommodations were comfortable and clean, nestled amongst olive tree orchards and roads lined with rock walls. The beautiful location and peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect base for exploring the Puglia region. The staff were welcoming and eager to help, and the pool area was great. Truly a beautiful hotel experience.
