Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, excellent breakfast – a fantastic spot in Berlin!

exceptional, especially the deviolo pizza! The overall environment was cozy, but I felt a little more care could have been taken with the room's bedding. The location was convenient near public transit, which made it easy to explore the city, though some dining options were less than thrilling.

the room was acceptibley clean, but the wifi was horrendous, and the smoke alarm went off late at night with zero communication from staff. I also expected a welcome gift since I stayed longer, but apparently that's just for the special guests. I almost saved my review from being bad, but the inconvenience was too great.

absolutely shocking experience here! the staff acted like checking in 30 mins early was a crime. rooms smelly like feet, truly delightful! i expected at least a complimentary gesture for all the mess, but no such luck. if it weren't for the decent breakfast, i would ve been completely miserable. this place should do better!

Problematic Wi-Fi that was slow and often unusable!!! Noise from street traffic can be quite disruptive!!! Rooms lack basic kitchen appliances like a fridge or kettle!!! Shower pressure seems inconsistent at times!!!

The staff are super friendly and helpful! ! Easily navigated Berlin's transport network from this clean, cozy spot.

But noise from the street can be disruptive, and the absence of air conditioning made for an uncomfortable sleep.

the tv was making weird noises, which made it hard to sleep 😩. however, the room was clean, the location was good, and the staff was really helpful. 👍

the receptionist offered to store my luggage before check-in. the wi-fi was limited to the lobby only.

the toilets are newly renovated and very clean. the area is quite luod with traffic.

We had a lovely stay with our two dogs! The hotel is just a quick walk from the bus stop and the access to the S and U-Bahn made it easy to explore. Check out Zoo Berlin—it’s a must for families.

My wife says that the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable at times. For families, it would be great if there were more options for in-room amenities.

the rooms are clean and tidy, super nice for the price. also, the staff were really chill and helpful with stuff like maps and directions. breakfast is decent for 9 bucks but don't expect too much. it's close to the city center, only few stops away, and public transport is easy to figure out. parking is a bonus, you can park on the street for free.

but the bar service is slow sometimes since there's only one person working. also, no air conditioning can be a problem when it's hot outside.

motel plus is in a great spot, very close to hermanstrasse. the neighborhood is lively with tons of food and drink options. the room was comfy and clean, and the staff was super friendly. i especially loved the modern bathroom!

Stayed here with friends, and it was a blast! The rooms were clean, comfy, and had good wi-fi. Great spot to travel around. Don't miss Zoo Berlin and an event at the Mercedes-Benz Arena if you can. Breakfast had decent options too!

Had a bumpy start with a rude staff member at check-in. It left a bad impression, but overall, the stay was still enjoyable.

This place suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. The staff once helped me with a late check-out, which I remember fondly. I always plan to return for my next trip!

the location is vibrant and lively (with plenty of nearby shops! ). the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. breakfast had a fantastic selection, truly worth it. overall experience was top-notch!
