The free snacks and hot tea/coffee at New Hostel Berlin Mitte were a wonderful addition to my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with daily cleaning service. The kitchen area provided ample space for socializing, and I particularly enjoyed the courtyard when the weather was nice. The host, Nelly, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. Additionally, the location was convenient, with a subway station nearby for easy access to central attractions.

While the overall experience was positive, there were a few drawbacks to note. there was a musty smell in one of the rooms, and the bunk bed in that room was squeaky and unstable.
