Comfortable Stay with Minor Setbacks

Overall, my experience was quite enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and facilitated a good night's sleep. However, be mindful of the noisy ventilation. I recommend confirming any special requests in advance, as my taxi order was overlooked. The hotel bar was a lovely spot to unwind after a busy day.

We stayed with our grandkids and loved the easy walk to the old town and concert venue. The breakfast had plenty of choices to keep everyone happy. The staff was friendly and even assisted with our large family group.

My wife says that cleanliness could be improved, especially with kids around.

i stayed at nh duesseldorf city for 10 nights and it was a great experience. the location is perfect with a metro station just 20 meters away, making travel super easy. one standout service was how the staff promptly provided a heater when i had an issue with my room's heating. also, the gym on the 3rd floor was convenient.

One evening, I relaxed at the bar where I found an engaging space to unwind. However, I did face security concerns as someone broke into my room and took cash while I was there. The experience left me uneasy about safety. My trip was in 2024.
