The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is very close to a beautiful beach where you can easily walk to in less than 5 minutes. the hotel is surrounded by nature, providing a serene and tranquil environment. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the bathrooms are clean and tidy. The service provided by the hosts is exceptional, and they are always willing to assist you with any inquiries or requests. the breakfast served at the restaurant is delicious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking.

There is some construction work happening nearby, which can cause noise disturbances.

We got great value for our money at Ibiza Tropical Beach Villas! The room was fantastic, with a spacious layout, comfortable bed, and modern amenities. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the entrance of the park and one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. The staff, especially Heriberto, were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs. They made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay at a private retreat in Uvita. The cabin we stayed in at Ibiza Tropical Beach Villas was superb. It had two floors with two full baths, a deck, a nice kitchen, and a comfy couch. The hosts, originally from Spain, were great and the service was extraordinary. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Montse, the host, was by far the best host in Costa Rica. She helped us book a whale-watching tour at a discounted price and made us feel so welcome in their home. The views and nature surrounding the villas provided an incredible feeling of peace, excitement, and wonder.

Nothing to dislike

Our stay at the beach villas was absolutely wonderful. The newly built villa made of beautiful solid wood was a sight to behold. The owner truly paid attention to every detail, from the fresh flowers and soft towels to the high-quality toiletries. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was the best I've experienced in Costa Rica. Plus, the owner was always available and helpful, providing beach towels and quick responses on WhatsApp. But the real highlight was the location. Just a 3-minute walk to the beach, which is part of the National park, allowed us to enjoy its beauty anytime we wanted. The beach itself was the most stunning we've seen on the west coast of Costa Rica.
