The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to access. Additionally, it is close to the city center, allowing for easy exploration of the area. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities such as a Bluetooth soundbar and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

There were some issues with the ventilation in the bathroom, causing an unpleasant smell at times.

I had an amazing experience at The Niu Cobbles. The staff really saved the day when they went out of their way to purchase a new iron for me when mine was unavailable. They delivered it to my room just in time for me to press my shirt and suit before my event. I've never experienced such incredible service before in a hotel. The location was also excellent and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great time during our Christmas stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a big shower which was a nice surprise. The staff were friendly and the hotel was quiet, so we were able to relax and enjoy our time there. The beds were super comfortable, and there was a lot of space in and around the breakfast room. The hotel's location was also convenient, with key attractions and shops within walking distance. it was a pleasant stay.

There were a couple of things that we were not satisfied with. there was no mini bar in the room, not even a bottle of water.

The hotel location is superb, it offers easy access to main roads and is still within walking distance from the train station. the rooms are comfortable and clean, plus they offer air conditioning which was great with the tropical temperatures. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere of the hotel was very nice. the breakfast was very good, and we enjoyed having dinner at the hotel one night.

Although the hotel offered good pizzas one night when we came back late from our romantic escape, there were not many eateries around outside the immediate perimeter of shopping malls. the bedside table design was a bit dangerous, but they mentioned their technician was working on improving it.

One of the standout features was the incredible service - when I needed an iron for a formal event, they actually went out and purchased a new one just for me. Truly amazing!
