We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The barman on Friday evening was particularly attentive and provided excellent customer service. The room was pleasant and had a huge and comfortable bed. We couldn't fault the cleanliness of the hotel and the surrounding area. The location was also very convenient, making it easy for us to travel around. We also enjoyed the delicious and plentiful breakfast. it was a great value for money experience.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Worcester and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location of this place is fantastic, as it is right in the heart of the city center, making it perfect for all my shopping, eating, and drinking needs. The room was absolutely lovely, with a bed that was so comfy I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. The staff here really deserve a pay rise or something, as they were so friendly and helpful during my stay. The service was impeccable, with room service, bicycle hire, and laundry services all available. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and even an in-room safe. The bathroom was also well-stocked with a bathtub and free toiletries. my experience at this hotel was fab.

If I had to recommend this hotel to families, I would say that it could be more inviting. However, that's just a minor point and doesn't overshadow the overall positive experience I had at this hotel.

We loved the location of this place - it was right in the center so everything was within easy reach. The staff were great and couldn't do enough for us, they even supplied us with gluten-free bread and soya milk on request, which was much appreciated. The rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, particularly the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi.

The location couldn't be better, with the hotel practically opposite the train station and right in the center, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room size was good with a surprisingly nice view.

The breakfast service was a bit slow and the room had a frumpy feel to it.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. Despite its proximity to the station, there was minimal noise, allowing for a good night's sleep. - the breakfast provided was enjoyable and a great way to start the day.

Some aspects of the room appeared worn and could use some updating. There were issues with rainwater disposal, as visible from the flat roofs, which made the passage less appealing.

The views from the room were not pleasant, and the air conditioning heating was noisy. the restaurant for the evening meal was a disappointment, with boring vegetables that didn't go well with the fish and lacked value for money.

One night, I ran out of teabags and milk, but the night staff went above and beyond by providing me with extra supplies. The night manager was also very knowledgeable about the hotel's history and the surrounding area, giving me valuable insights. The central city location and available parking were definite bonuses, and I thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the clean and welcoming pool and spa area. Although my room was not in the older part of the hotel, it was still clean and comfortable. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was delicious.
