I had a great stay at Novotel and was impressed by the friendly service. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. I appreciated the mini-bar and complimentary coffee and tea. The breakfast buffet was superb, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. I also liked that I could open the windows for fresh air. Although the towels were not very comfortable and the internet access required frequent revalidation, overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.
