Cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The parking was huge and convenient. The location, close to the real center of Hildesheim, was perfect as it allowed for a calm and peaceful stay. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. a great experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. The room service was excellent, and the hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. We were impressed with the wide range of amenities offered, including a welcome drink, tours/ticket assistance, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities. This place really went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.

The rooms were well, furnished and included free high, speed wifi, which was a pleasant surprise. the hotel is conveniently located near the city center and easily accessible from the motorway. Additionally, the breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options and freshly made warm apple crumble.

There were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. the receptionist was not very talkative or friendly, which made the check, in process feel cold.

I stayed at Novotel for two nights and it was a great place for traveling with my dog. There was loads of space around the hotel for us to go for walks and the surrounding area was beautiful. I also appreciated the spot to park my car, so I didn't have to park on the street. The breakfast was tasty with many options to choose from. Although it was about a 7-10 minute walk to the center, it was quiet enough for a good sleep, making it worth it.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Hildesheim for New Year's and had a mixed experience. One of the things I liked about the hotel was its historical building, which added a unique charm to the stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the city center and the railway station. Another advantage was the presence of a huge private parking area, which was free for guests.

On the downside, there were a few aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. the lack of attention from the staff regarding my membership benefits was disappointing.

I got great value for my money at this hotel! The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a beautiful bathroom and even red mood lighting. The staff were incredibly friendly and the whole place felt like a magical castle. Can't wait to go back!

Pleasant surprise hotel and pet friendly. We had a wonderful weekend exploring the charming city of Hildesheim and we were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Novotel. The hotel is situated in a beautiful setting with secured parking for our peace of mind. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although it would have been nice to have air conditioning during the warm nights. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from. Our furry friend enjoyed the pet-friendly atmosphere as well. we had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.

The hotel had large and spacious rooms, which was a great advantage for my family. Furthermore, the breakfast offered was excellent and not to be missed. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to Hildesheim and Hanover, and close to the A7 autobahn.

There was no air conditioning in the rooms, which was quite uncomfortable during the summer. It would have been much better if the hotel had invested in air comfort as well.

I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary minibar in my room at Novotel. It was a nice touch that made my stay even more enjoyable. The children were thrilled to find chocolates and candies waiting for them. The overall experience was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel.

Best aspects during my new year stay were the spacious rooms and the amazing breakfast selection that included honeycomb as a luxury. the location was great, being close to motorways and the city center, which was a jewel to explore. I also enjoyed the nice open spaces, both inside and outside, that were perfect for relaxing.

The lack of air conditioning in the hotel rooms and the poor service orientation from some of the reception staff. the heating system was turned off upon arrival, making the room uncomfortably cold.
