We booked a quadruple room for our family of five and were pleasantly surprised to find the room spacious enough for all of us. Breakfast was included for four, but the staff kindly offered a discounted price for the extra person. we had a comfortable stay at Hotel Okura.

This hotel is in a perfect location for those visiting Disney, with free shuttle transfers to-and-from Maihama station that connects to the Disney parks. It's also conveniently situated opposite Bayside station, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with luxurious amenities in the bathroom. The staff are polite and helpful, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. The breakfast is superb, with delicious options like the popular French toast. the hotel offers facilities such as a restaurant on level 2 and easy access to the shopping area Ikspari.

The only minor drawback is that the bed could be more comfortable, as the mattress is not very thick and the bed frame can be a bit hard.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The exclusive amenities provided made us feel pampered and relaxed. The room advantages were exceptional; spacious, well-designed, and tastefully decorated. The staff's service was top-notch, fulfilling all our needs in a prompt and friendly manner. The restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a romantic and tranquil atmosphere, and the food was exquisite. We loved the Garden area, and it was lovely to take a stroll around the private facilities.

The only minor issue was that we found the private facilities' entrance a bit hard to locate. However, the staff was helpful and guided us towards the entrance when we asked for directions.

hotel okura tokyo bay in urayasu was a delightful surprise during my recent stay. the location was unbeatable, right inside the kyoto train station with easy access to everything. the staff were well-trained and the rooms were clean and comfortable, making me feel like i was on a luxurious holiday.

During our city break, we were able to enjoy a couple of complimentary restaurant vouchers, which was very helpful. The transportation service was convenient and it was easy to reach popular destinations from our hotel. Our room was clean and spacious with wonderful toiletries.

The options for food were limited, especially when it comes to children who don't eat much and the lack of indoor facilities like a gym or pool was a bit disappointing.
