We had a wonderful stay at this Novotel. the room was fantastic, with great air conditioning and plenty of space for our kids in the executive room. the hotel's location near the river and in a nice district made it easy to find and convenient for accessing the Autobahn. the staff were friendly and spoke good English. We appreciated the option for a late check-out at 5pm for a small fee, which was perfect for our late return flight. this Novotel provided all the comfort and convenience we expected.

We also had a small fridge in the room, which was convenient. The hotel was a bit further out of the city, but it was difficult to find a family room anywhere else. We found a local bakery just a 5-minute walk away where we had a delicious and affordable breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We had a great stay at a hotel in a prime location, close to the city center. It was perfect for exploring the Christmas markets and visiting the Chocolate Museum. There was nothing I didn't like.

Best aspects of our stay were the spacious rooms and the central location. the rooms were large and provided ample space to relax and unwind. Additionally, the hotel's central location meant that we were able to easily explore nearby attractions and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the city. One other advantage that we particularly enjoyed was the free premium wifi, allowing us to stay connected and make the most of our stay.

Worst aspects of our stay were the lack of cleanliness in the rooms and the unfriendly staff. We encountered an invasion of spiders in our room and noticed that the rooms were not properly cleaned.
