The pool at Novotel was a highlight of our stay. It was well-designed and provided a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The heated pool was especially delightful during the winter months. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even making cold chocolate milk for my son each night. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a short walk to the train station and easy access to the old town of Munich. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we appreciated the coffee-making facilities and mini bar. The food at dinner and breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this hotel for a family trip to Munich.

I had a great experience staying here. The location is perfect, just outside of the main touristy center and very near the Deutsches museum. Also, it's in this "low-emission" area that requires a special sticker that you have to get in advance which is really cool. The staff was super helpful and friendly and proposed service that wasn't even advertised, which was great. The room was great with everything I needed, like an electric kettle and mini-bar. The pool and spa facilities are fantastic, and the sun terrace was a really nice bonus. Wi-Fi was provided and there was even a game room for kids.

During my Christmas stay, I was delighted by the comfortable room and the excellent shower facilities. It was a great relief to have a cozy and relaxing space to unwind after a long day exploring the city. Additionally, the convenient location of the hotel made it easy for me to visit the central attractions and enjoy the festive holiday atmosphere. The proximity to key landmarks and public transportation was definitely a huge advantage.

the rooms were quite small, which is something to keep in mind if you prefer more space. Additionally, we experienced issues with the temperature control, finding the air conditioning too warm at night and the water temperature in the shower fluctuating.
