Our stay at Queens Ground in Sheffield was excellent value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a large TV and a nice bathroom. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the Hillsborough ground and had easy access to the city center through the nearby tram stop. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home.

The only improvement I would suggest is to have a breakfast option available.

I recently stayed at a pub in Sheffield for a night and had a great experience. The room was clean, with a good-size TV, tea/coffee facilities, and a decent-sized shower in the bathroom. Despite being above a pub, I didn't hear any noise. The prices at the pub were cheap, and the staff and locals were welcoming. It was also conveniently located with bus and tram connections just a minute's walk away. The venue is on the edge of Hillsborough, which has smaller shops and restaurants if you need anything.

The noise. The city location meant that we were occasionally disturbed by the trams passing by.

The staff were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to meet our needs. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Noisy trams passing by can be bothersome, especially at night. Lack of breakfast option may be disappointing, but overall, the room alone was worth the affordable price.
