Novotel exceeded our expectations with their excellent service. the staff was responsive and arranged everything as we wished, including a quiet room and an extra bed for our child. the hotel is accessible with underground parking and located conveniently near the highway and city. the rooms were new, clean, and well-decorated. We were impressed by the comfortable bed, which was the most comfortable we've ever slept on. the breakfast was also excellent, offering a variety of hot and cold options, including freshly squeezed orange juice and a surprising bonus of smoked salmon with horseradish cream. we had a fantastic experience.

We had a wonderful Easter break at this hotel. the cleanliness was impeccable, the decor was stylish, and the staff were professional and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the ability to make tea in the room. the included breakfast was fresh and diverse, and the key location made exploration of the city easy.

In fact, I was so impressed with it that I even asked the receptionist for the manufacturer and supplier details so that I can consider purchasing one for my own bed at home. The level of comfort and quality of service here are truly unmatched.

This place is conveniently located on the edge of the central area. It is just one stop by bus from the main rail station, making it easily accessible.
