I had a great stay at Costa Riki Apartments. the place was nice, clean, and conveniently located just a short walk from the main road where you can find restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities. the beach was also just a stone's throw away, with a public entrance across the street. the 2-bedroom apartment I stayed in was spacious and impeccably clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and a modern, spacious bathroom. the owner, Riki, was incredibly helpful and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the friendly dog and cats added a lovely touch to the relaxed atmosphere. it was a wonderful experience.

Incredible hospitality from the owner who made us feel like part of his family. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the surfing beach and close to restaurants and a grocery store. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor space was nice and the Wi-Fi reception was decent. We also loved the friendly dog. Easy access to the main road for transportation. Off-street parking available. A great host who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was superb, with the cleaning lady coming every 2 days to keep the apartment spotless. The location was perfect, as it was just a few minutes walk from the best beach in the area. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, and we especially loved the fact that there was off-street parking available for our convenience.

We had an amazing experience at Costa Riki. Riki, the owner, made us feel like a part of his family. the hospitality we received was typical of the warm and welcoming nature of Italians. the owner even allowed us to use the pool and his own apartment to change after we checked out. Riki cooked us the best gnocchi we have ever tasted.

The apartment was exactly as pictured on the website and the amenities in the kitchen were really useful. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and within easy walking distance of the grocery store, yoga studio, and restaurants.

The beds were uncomfortable, either too hard or too squishy, and not as advertised. The air conditioning and ceiling fan were also very noisy, making it difficult to sleep.

We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment at Costa Riki and we were very impressed. the apartment was perfectly clean and we appreciated the regular cleaning service every 2 days. the kitchen was fully equipped, making it convenient for us to cook when we wanted to. the bathroom was modern and spacious. the location was ideal, right in front of a beach entrance and in the heart of Santa Teresa's nightlife. Everything we needed was within a few minutes' walk, including bars, restaurants, shops, and even a surf school. Rikki, the owner, was incredibly hospitable and ensured we had a happy and welcoming stay. Thank you again!

The owner, Riki, made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. the friendly atmosphere, including the adorable dog and two cats, really made us feel at home. Our kids loved it! the relaxed ambiance and great terrace were perfect for hanging out, and the small but just-right pool was ideal for our son who is learning to swim. the location couldn't have been better - right next to a fantastic restaurant and just a quick 3-minute walk to the beach. If we ever return to Santa Teresa, Riki's place will be our top choice!
