The hotel exceeded my expectations with a spacious and clean room, good location, and great soundproofing. The Wi-Fi worked fast and uninterrupted, and the staff were nice and responsive to requests. The shower had hot water and good flow, and the location was central for exploring Berlin.

This place has the perfect location! I could easily walk to all the major attractions in the center. It was so convenient to have Checkpoint Charlie and the Checkpoint Charlie museum just a few blocks away. There were also plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, making it easy to grab a good meal or a cup of coffee. The hotel itself was clean and modern, with comfortable rooms and all the amenities I needed. The staff here were fantastic, always willing to help and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was great for getting around central Berlin and visiting main attractions. It was very close to the Underground train stations, making it convenient for transportation. The night receptionist, Tino, was excellent and provided exceptional assistance with a friendly and patient attitude.

There were some issues with the room. the door lock was faulty and I had to go to the reception multiple times to get it fixed.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The staff kept it very clean and even folded some clothes we left on the bed. The reception staff was helpful and provided us with a water kettle when asked. The hotel is very close to the Underground train stations and only a short distance from the main train station. It is also located in the center of the city, making it easy to explore all the main tourist spots. The price value was great too.
