The staff were incredibly helpful, even showing me how to work the shower. The breakfast, although an extra cost, was well worth it. The restaurant opposite the hotel offered great value for Greek, Italian, and German cuisine. The hotel's interesting policy of forgoing daily housekeeping in exchange for free mini bar items was a nice touch for the environment. The location was also perfect, with easy access to train and subway lines, as well as being close to the zoo.

Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near everything, including shops, the shopping zone along Tauentzienstrasse, and Schoenefeld airport. The rooms are comfortable, and the beds are cozy. The breakfast is delicious and offers many options to choose from.

Housekeeping sometimes forgets to replace washcloths, but it is not a big deal.

I recently stayed at Park Plaza for a short trip. The location was convenient, close to train stations etc. The room was quiet, and wifi worked well. Bed was nice and firm. And guests are greeted with a few freebies from the hotel shop. Lovely coffee/börek place across the street for those not wanting a hotel breakfast. Staff were friendly, helpful, polite. Great staff. Hotel is 5ish minute walk from Zoological Garten Station. Within 30 minutes of leaving hotel you can have walked to Zoological Garten Station and travelled to many major sights.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of having coffee available. The location of the hotel was excellent, being just a short walk from the train station and the famous shopping strip. Plus, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The room I booked with a garden view didn't offer much of a garden to see. However, I was able to change to a room at the front of the hotel, which was more spacious and gave me a more interesting view of the street.

The hotel is located in a central area, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were smiling and helpful, and the room was clean and had all basic amenities. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which was served for all tastes.

The shower hose in the room had a tendency to move around, which was a bit inconvenient.

It was the perfect spot for our city break! Everything was within walking distance and we were able to explore the city in our own time. We loved the complementary bathroom amenities and the coffee in the rooms! The hotel was in a perfect location, with easy access to public transport and centrally located. the reception staff were always helpful and friendly which made us feel at home!

One thing we weren't too pleased about was the housekeeping team's service. We had to request new towels multiple times as we were left without any for a few days.
