We had an excellent stay at Dwor Kosciuszko. the hotel offered excellent value for money and the breakfast was also excellent. We found the drinks at the Casino bar to be relatively cheap. the staff was always cheerful and went above and beyond to help us, even helping us recover a lost cell phone. the hotel was very clean and the rooms were super cosy with a classical feel. We also appreciated the wide variety of options for excursions with pick-up available at the hotel. the location was convenient, with public transport close by and only a short taxi ride to the city center.

Some of the staff members have limited English skills, which can be a bit challenging for non-Polish speaking guests.

the rooms of the venue were well, appointed with exclusive amenities that met all my needs. the service was exceptional, and the staff was friendly and attentive. the beautiful garden area and outdoor dining area provided a serene atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. the packed lunches and in, room breakfast were both timely delivered and of high quality. the private facilities were top, notch, and the massage I received was excellent.

The hotel was located a bit far from the city center and required a bit of a walk to public transportation. the dinner menu was priced a bit higher than expected.

After 4 full days and nights in the hotel, we found the location to be a slight inconvenience. It was a couple of miles from the main Square, so about an hour's walk or a short taxi fare. However, the hotel's proximity to the square in the city was convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a stylish and pleasant decor. The staff was cheerful and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us, including recovering a lost cell phone. The breakfast offered an incredible assortment of delicious food.

The staff's lack of professionalism and training was evident throughout our stay.
