A Pleasant Surprise

I had the pleasure of staying at Schlosshotel Berlin and was pleasantly surprised by the incredible interiors. The blend of historic charm and contemporary design created a truly unique atmosphere. I loved how the hotel has preserved its old-world grandeur while adding a touch of modernity. The restoration by Patrick Hellmann was truly remarkable. The attention to detail and enhanced functionality were evident throughout the hotel, making it a delight to explore.

Lovely location. Clean, well-maintained facility. Great staff. Quick room service. Complimentary minibar. Quiet room. Provided bowls for pets. Good breakfast, could have more options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was incredibly nice and relaxing, making it the perfect retreat. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I was impressed with the attention to detail. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the beautiful swimming pool area to the delicious food in the restaurant. I particularly loved the fact that parking was free and convenient, as it made exploring the outskirts of town and the upmarket residential areas a breeze. The hotel's location was ideal, offering a peaceful escape from the busyness of the city.

Absolutely loved our romantic escape to this beautiful hotel! the rooms were nicely furnished with comfortable beds and the staff was mostly excellent. We really enjoyed the location, far enough from the city center to be quiet and relaxing but still within easy reach of all the action. the free minibar drinks were a nice touch, and we appreciated having bowls for our furry friend.

The service here was seriously lacking. We had trouble finding staffing in the spa and any bar areas during the day.

The staff are helpful and friendly, ensuring that guests are well taken care of. The breakfast is superb, served in an elegant setting, providing a delightful start to the day.

The luxurious amenities of this hotel exceeded our expectations. The service provided was impeccable and the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services were top-notch. The sun loungers by the heated swimming pool and the garden area were the perfect places to relax and unwind. The exclusive room advantages made our stay even more special. The restaurant served delicious meals and the bar/lounge area was a great spot for pre-dinner drinks.

The only minor issue we had was with the in-room breakfast. While the food was good, the coffee was served in a cup and we had to ask for a refill every time we wanted some more.
