We stayed in a spacious room and loved the fantastic breakfast options. The hotel's location was perfect for visiting the Christmas market and exploring historical sights like the Baroque Palace—all within walking distance. Such a treat for our family with two little kids!

For dads, it would be great if the breakfast service improved. It was a bit noisy and chaotic during peak times.

this hotel was almost as good as I expected, but the dust on the furniture really ruined it for me, along with the broken coffee cup. I can’t believe I didn’t get a complimentary upgrade after all the inconvenience. its sad that they think this is a 4-star experience, because it felt more like a 3-star. just couldn’t recommend it.

The rooftop bar was incredible! We had a drink while enjoying an amazing view over the city, the ambiance was just right for a date night! ! The large suite felt like a private retreat, with the unique shower design allowing for some interesting moments.
