We had a minor issue with our reservation, but the front desk clerk at Best Western Chieftain Inn was incredibly helpful and quickly resolved the problem for us. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast selection was good, with options like build your own burritos and fresh fruits. I would recommend this hotel.

Located right next to a busy railroad track, this hotel has its disadvantages. However, there are many nearby restaurants to choose from. The hotel is also close to the Apple Blossom festival or parade, making it a great location for entertainment. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly.

The room doesn't have a safe, and the metal skirt around the bed doesn't allow access to storage.

We loved the convenience of the outside access for loading and unloading our luggage, as well as the addition of a fridge in the room. The location was perfect, with easy access to the highway for scenic drives. Best Western provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is conveniently located on a busy street, close to Town Toyota Center, and quite close to the railway line. The room was clean and modern, with complimentary hot breakfast and free WiFi. The hotel also has an outdoor pool and an indoor fitness room. There are several restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

The noise from car traffic can be rather loud.

The location of this place is fantastic as it is close to so many restaurants and shops. I also loved that it was just a short walk to the beach, which had stunning views. The staff here provided excellent service, and I was blown away by the room amenities, which included a terrace, in-room safe, and free wifi.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family as it had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay without any drawbacks.

The location was convenient. Clean facilities and excellent service. Workers were updating the outside with clean paint and renovations to give a fresher look. Breakfast was everything I needed :) Fresh and clean remotes for TV.

Room was clean and comfortable, with a nice fireplace in the corner. Loved the variety of breakfast options offered, especially the strawberries for waffles. great stay and would return.

They also provided an awesome breakfast menu and complimentary cookies in the evening. the staff was very accommodating and friendly. it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Best Western.

The stay at Best Western Chieftain Inn was excellent. Great breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, and a wide variety of breakfast options. The extra sink outside the bathroom was handy for families. Free HBO, WiFi, and cookies upon arrival were a nice touch. Parking was convenient and the pool had a large patio.

The hotel had a spacious room with high ceilings and a comfortable bed. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including a hot breakfast. the location was convenient, with ample parking and close proximity to the Apple Blossom parade.

The exterior of the hotel looked a bit older, but the lobby and rooms were updated and clean. Late check-out came with a fee, and only a limited number of guests were given this option.
