I had a fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. The location was top-notch, right outside of the Galgen Tor. I could easily walk to all the popular tourist spots and the town center was just a five-minute walk away. The staff here was super friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to help and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I enjoyed lounging in the sitting area. The complimentary breakfast provided a nice selection of options to start my day.

The hotel had a lovely beer garden where we enjoyed delicious food and drinks. Its key location just outside the city walls made it easy for us to explore the charming town. We also loved the convenience of the parking lot behind the hotel, which was a huge plus.

The room could have been slightly larger, and the bathroom felt a bit cramped, although it was very clean and updated. the hourly bell toll from the neighboring school was a bit annoying, but we eventually got used to it during our romantic escape.

I was pleased with the free on-site parking at Rappen. I knew beforehand that GPS can lead to the wrong road, so I was prepared to find it. The location was very convenient.

We had an amazing stay at this venue! The location just outside the romantic old village was perfect and provided us with easy access to explore the impressive medieval town center. The service was impeccable, from the laundry service to the wake-up call and welcome drink. Our room was well-appointed with lovely amenities, like heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the sitting area and the soundproofed rooms. The staff were welcoming and made us feel right at home. The dining experience was excellent, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area available for us to enjoy. The breakfast was delicious, and the packed lunches and special diet menus were a nice touch.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel is close to the town center and convenient for sightseeing. Breakfast was delicious and a good variety was offered. the staff was friendly and provided us with two complementary items for Thanksgiving dinner.

The rooms were small and outdated with uncomfortable beds. There was no night staff available, and we were not informed about the night drop box for keys, which resulted in us having to spend the first night sleeping in chairs in the cold hallway.
