Staying at Fragrant Nature Munnar was a treat for the senses. the tropic green rooms were spacious with stunning views. the food was delicious, especially at the restaurant. the Ayurvedic treatments were heavenly. the confusing layout and billing issues were a minor hiccup in an otherwise wonderful stay.

we had a seamless checkin experience at Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified. the rooms were clean with a beautiful view. Enjoyed the food and eco-friendly initiatives. Staff were welcoming and competent. Great amenities including games room, gym, and tea room. the ayurvedic massages were fantastic, with helpful advice from the doctor. Lovely gardens, nightly bonfire, and reduction of waste and water usage were impressive.

the luxuriant Ayurvedic spa at the Prana Wellness Spa truly stood out as the highlight of my experience. the expert therapists and superbly designed therapy rooms ensured that all my stress melted away with each rejuvenating massage session. the large television and complimentary Wi, Fi kept me connected with the outside world, striking the perfect balance between relaxation and productivity. the hotel's attention to wellness and relaxation, especially after a tiring trek through the hills of Munnar, was truly commendable.

The Moonlight Bliss rooms have private hill-view terraces, designed for those keen on a romantic rendezvous. My partner and I felt like characters in a fairytale, savoring a dreamy evening together under the starlit sky. It was indeed a magical escape into our own little world.

Our two-night stay at Fragrant Nature Munnar was exceptional. the welcoming staff, spacious rooms with stunning mountain views, and a well-equipped gym were highlights. the diverse breakfast buffet and delicious meals with breathtaking views added to our delightful experience. the attentive staff, excellent room cleaning service, and fantastic Ayurvedic massages, especially the "Aakash" treatment, were truly rejuvenating.

I had an incredible stay at a beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The views were absolutely breathtaking and the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to anticipate and fulfill my every need. The food at the hotel was flavorful and delicious. I also had the opportunity to go on an adventure hike with guide Palani K, who was knowledgeable, fun, and ensured a safe and enjoyable experience. The spa treatments were also top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Beautiful tea hills setting with outstanding views from room terrace. Spacious room and bathroom. Wide variety of good food for breakfast and dinner buffets. Evening walk through tea plantation and early morning hike provided wonderful experiences. Gracious and helpful staff.

We spent a luxurious weekend here, immersing ourselves in exquisite amenities. the rooms offered privacy, plush furnishings, and beautiful views. the spa and wellness center was heavenly, with a spacious lounge and steam room. the full body massages were rejuvenating, and the head massages left us feeling refreshed. We also enjoyed a delightful breakfast spread with special diet menus. the private garden area was serene and BBQ facilities elevated our dining experience.

One slight issue was the snack bar, which lacked variety and was not available throughout the day. the restaurant had an extensive menu with a range of delectable dishes.

The location of the hotel was perfect, nestled high in the hills amidst the lush tea trees, offering a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. The staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The room was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and cozy ambiance. Plus, the beautiful views from the open terrace added to the overall charm of the hotel.

The road leading to the hotel was quite challenging, making it a bit inconvenient for guests with limited mobility.

The hotel offered great food options and their staff was accommodating during my business trip. the hotel's location was convenient and close to key amenities and attractions. Their Wi-Fi connection was reliable, which allowed me to stay connected to work while on site.

The hotel was quite outdated and needed some modernization. the noise level in the hotel was quite high during the evenings which made getting a good night's sleep difficult.
