We had a truly delightful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, situated outside on a terrace overlooking the park. We were able to enjoy the beautiful scenery and peacefulness of the surroundings. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the room service to car hire, housekeeping, and shuttle service - everything was top-notch. We were even greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel offers various amenities such as a spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and sauna. We indulged in rejuvenating body treatments and enjoyed the live entertainment. The hotel also has a sun terrace with heated swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers, allowing us to relax and soak up the sun. the quality and comfort provided by this hotel exceeded our expectations.

Nice area and beautiful surroundings. Good dinner and breakfast with extensive buffet.

The room was uncomfortable and not cleaned well. The bed was not comfortable at all, and the room was noisy at night due to the outside traffic. Also, the shower was dirty and the towels were old and rough. It was disappointing to see the hotel not maintaining the rooms for their guests. it was not a pleasant stay due to the lack of comfort and cleanliness.

The firm bed and high floor were surprisingly comfortable. Special hotel carpets added a nice touch. The indoor swimming pool was the right size and had a decent depth. The three working saunas were a great addition. The location was peaceful, parking was easy, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was good value for money. Highly recommended.
