The hotel is in a charming and well-maintained old Art Nouveau building, oozing old-time grandezza. It is right opposite the beautiful Outer Alster, providing a stunning view. The hotel is also very close to the center, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the rooms were cozy and had everything I needed, even though they were a bit small. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Stephanie who gave me excellent advice. The breakfast served until 12 was a bonus, perfect for late risers like me. Additionally, the restaurant provided delicious food and attentive service. The location, although not central, offered a peaceful atmosphere in a quieter area.

All in all, everything was satisfactory.

Spectacular lake view and delicious breakfast buffet. The room was spacious and clean. The staff at reception were helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. a great stay!

The bed was a bit soft for my liking, and the cushions were too soft as well. The lack of tea and coffee in the room was a bit disappointing.

The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of the city center and close to the place where I had my business meeting. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent beds and a great shower. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a variety of options, including gluten-free choices for those with dietary restrictions.

That the walls were a bit thin, and I could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms.
