We had an incredible stay here. The hotel is located right on the lake, which made for a stunning and peaceful setting. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, from organizing tours to even providing oxygen for altitude sickness. The service at the restaurant was exceptional, with friendly staff offering great service throughout our meals. The rooms were spacious and clean, with lovely views from the balcony. We also enjoyed the amenities such as the spa and wellness center, and the hotel provided free Wi-Fi and airport shuttle service.

This place is highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The meals were great and the staff couldn't have been more attentive. the location is stunning with beautiful views of the lake and the mountains. Plus, the rooms were spacious and nicely designed.

The noise outside the room was unbearable. There were barking dogs all night long and trucks driving by on the nearby road.
