The Renaissance Hotel in Hamburg exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a comfortable room. the spacious accommodations and incredibly comfortable bed made our stay even more enjoyable. We appreciated the little touches, like the adorable complimentary toiletries and the availability of coffee and tea. the housekeeping staff did an excellent job in keeping the room tidy and even replenishing our used glasses while we were out. the hotel's location was perfect, situated in the main shopping area and close to the canals. It made exploring the city and visiting the nearby shops incredibly convenient.

Had a pleasant Easter stay in a hotel located in the heart of the city, easy access to public transportation and famous landmarks. the room was spacious and well-appointed with modern facilities. Enjoyed the live music and drinks at the bar, as well as the sumptuous breakfast buffet that had a good variety of options. the hotel also gave complimentary chocolates and Easter eggs during the weekend, which was a nice touch.

The air conditioning was not working properly and it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep at night, especially during the warm weather. the wifi was not included and had to be purchased separately, which was a bit of a letdown.

Lovely buffet breakfast, friendly staff, excellent local knowledge, great location, spacious rooms.

I recently stayed at Renaissance, a fantastic hotel in the heart of Hamburg. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. I loved the free upgrade I received at check-in and enjoyed the live music in the lobby bar. The location was excellent, within walking distance to all the high-end stores and the harbor. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. I'll definitely be back!

As backpackers, we loved the friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms, and the central downtown location. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel had a great dinner menu. The bed was also a highlight, as it was a large mattress rather than two small ones pushed together. our stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

We felt very lucky to have found this hotel, as we had no complaints at all.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the City Hall and the S1 train station, providing easy access to both the city center and the airport. The rooms are spacious and the bar is friendly, offering delicious homemade potato chips.

The towels in the hotel were stiff and scratchy, making them uncomfortable to use.

the restaurant served high-quality meals, including special diet menus. the room advantages were fantastic, with a comfortable bed and a leisure/TV room to relax in. the bar/lounge area was the perfect place to unwind in the evenings, along with live entertainment that added a touch of charm to the experience. the location advantages were excellent, with many attractions near this hotel. The staff went beyond expectations to make sure my stay was comfortable, providing friendly and attentive service. Cons: the only minor issue I experienced was that in-room breakfast was not available, which meant I had to go to the restaurant every morning.
