Nothing, it is perfect.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, making it easy to explore key sites. The shuttle service is useful for getting to the city, beaches, and airport. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering comfortable beds and nice bathroom designs. The breakfast selection is good with plenty of options. Guests can enjoy the infinity pool and take in the impressive bay views.

The rooftop/pool service could use improvement, as some guests mentioned slow service and lack of attention to cleaning.

From the moment I arrived at this venue, I felt pampered and luxuriously catered to with their exclusive amenities. the swimming pool and saunas were top, notch, and the outdoor area had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the massage services and rooftop pool were my favorites, providing spectacular views of the city while relaxing in the jacuzzi. the onsite restaurant served halal food options, and the snack bar by the poolside was convenient for quick bites.

Though the room advantages were exquisite, I experienced a minor issue with poor soundproofing that affected my comfortable sleep. the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and offered me another room to settle in.

During my recent stay at Wyndham in Da Nang, I was impressed by the stunning rooftop pool with panoramic views of the city. It was the perfect spot to relax and cool off after a long day of exploring. The room I stayed in had a corner view of Da Nang, which was absolutely lovely. The bed was incredibly comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep. The hotel also offered a shuttle service that was convenient and reliable, taking me to the town and nearby beaches. Lastly, the breakfast spread was impressive with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

The complimentary breakfast and coffee were nice touches, and the location was convenient for getting around. Plus, the room had a nice view of the city skyline.

The room was not cleaned thoroughly and had a strange odor. the staff was unhelpful when asked about local activities and seemed uninterested in making our stay enjoyable.

Clean rooms, amazing view, calm location, good breakfast, reasonable price. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Comfiest bed in Vietnam. Huge breakfast options. Great cocktails. Convenient shuttle bus routes. Beautiful scenery at the swimming pool at night.
