I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. First of all, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Secondly, the attention to detail in this hotel is commendable. From the beautifully decorated rooms to the well-maintained common areas, every corner of this hotel is a pleasure to behold. Lastly, the breakfast spread was absolutely delicious. With a wide selection of options, I started my day off on a high note.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault anything.

I recently had an incredible stay at a hotel that ticked all the boxes for me. The location was perfect, being right in the centre of the city, close to the highway and next to the picturesque Fulda river. The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom was modern and clean. The service provided by the staff was exceptional and they were always there to assist with any requests. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options that satisfied my palate. Additionally, the hotel had fantastic facilities such as a stunning bar and an amazing restaurant that served some of the best food I've ever tasted.

There was one small drawback during my stay.

Amazing historic building, beautifully updated. Comfortable beds with soundproof windows for a peaceful sleep. Central location, easy walking distance to attractions. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Access to a fine collection of art in the library.

Upon arrival, we were pleased to find that the hotel had a beautiful decor which added a touch of elegance to our stay. The reception staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to meet our needs. Although there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, the staff were more than happy to provide a water cooker and tea bags upon request.

The building is lovely and well designed, which definitely shows a lot of effort and care. the location is convenient, with plenty of activities and attractions nearby that made it easy to explore the area. the restaurant served delicious food that we enjoyed, and we found the staff to be welcoming and friendly.

The hotel lacked certain basic amenities that made our stay less comfortable. the room lighting was poor and hindered daily activities, and there was no temperature control, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.

The bed and room were comfortable, tastefully decorated and clean. The restaurant served delicious meals, especially the breakfast with perfectly cooked bacon. The hotel's pet-friendly amenities, including food and water bowls, were a thoughtful touch. The location was ideal for exploring the main sites of Documenta art exhibition.
