The value for the money was great and the room was comfortable with AC and a king sized bed. The location was beautiful with direct beach access and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast experience could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The best aspects of my stay were the beautiful beachfront location and the lively atmosphere. the hotel is situated right on the ocean, allowing guests to enjoy stunning views and easy access to the beach. Additionally, the hotel had a vibrant and energetic vibe, with a bar and restaurant that served delicious food and provided entertainment. It was the perfect place to celebrate Christmas, with plenty of festive activities and a lively party atmosphere.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. the service in the restaurant was subpar.

We had an incredible value for money experience at a hidden paradise. The location was great, with a gorgeous black sand beach and beautiful sunsets. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable and memorable. The food and drinks were delicious and affordable. The swimming pool was a huge bonus when the sand got too hot. one of the best places we've stayed! We highly recommend Hotel El Delfin.

I recently stayed at Hotel El Delfin for 5 days and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location next to the sea was perfect, and the hotel had its own bar and restaurant with a variety of food options. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the rooms and bathrooms were spotless. I also appreciated the tours offered by the hotel and the fact that coffee was provided for free in the morning.

I loved the prime location of this hotel, right on the beach. the sound of the waves crashing was so soothing and calming. the staff here were amazing, so friendly and helpful. They really made me feel like family during my stay. the restaurant at the hotel served absolutely delicious food. I highly recommend trying the pizza, it was the best I've had in town. this hotel offered a memorable and enjoyable experience.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the service in the restaurant was quite slow and sometimes orders were mixed up.

We had a wonderful time at El Delfin in Monterrico. Our stay was for 5 days and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location right by the sea was perfect and the swimming pool was a great addition. The daily music events and different tours offered by the local guides kept us entertained. The staff, especially Grace from New York, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The beachside bar served delicious food and drinks. it's a good place to stay and we highly recommend it.

During my Easter stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious and affordable food offered at the hotel's restaurant. the menu was diverse, and I was able to enjoy tasty meals throughout my stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was a major highlight. Situated right on the beach, I had easy access to the beautiful coastline and enjoyed breathtaking views throughout the day. Lastly, the friendly and helpful staff made my experience even better. They were always ready to assist and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

One aspect that I found disappointing was the presence of persistent tour guides and vendors within the hotel premises. It felt overwhelming at times as they approached guests incessantly, especially in the bar area.

They were always willing to assist with any questions or concerns we had during our stay. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the beachfront restaurant. the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We enjoyed many meals there and were never disappointed.

The swimming pool was not well-maintained and was quite dirty. There were dead insects and paper from wristbands floating in the pool, which was not pleasant.
