The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. the location was also convenient, with easy access to local attractions.

I got great value for my money with the upgraded junior suite and the amazing 8-course dinner at the Michelin-star restaurant. The staff treated me with politeness and ensured all my wishes were met.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I felt pampered. the staff was attentive and made every effort to ensure that my stay was luxurious. the spa and wellness center provided a much-needed escape from the stress of everyday life. the indoor swimming pool was a highlight, complete with a sauna, steam room, and treatment rooms for massages and beauty treatments.

Great escape! Unbelievably friendly staff that goes way out of their way to accommodate your wishes. the breakfast is exceptional , I could not stop eating. the variety is amazing, everything is fresh, the jam is home, made, they have a real honeycomb to eat from, just wonderful.

Aged, overpriced, but good food. Our small room was totally overpriced, the furniture was old and run down, door handles from cheap, yellowed plastic and the bathroom an extravaganza in late, 80s bad taste with incompetent tromp.

Our stay at Residenz Heinz Winkler exceeded our expectations. The hotel provided a rich and immersive experience, perfect for our themed holiday. The decoration was over-the-top and created a unique ambiance. The dining was 5-star quality, and the staff was friendly and professional. We also enjoyed the nice breakfast selection and the beautiful outside garden/terrace with ornamental Greek statues. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
