We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was spacious and offered a stunning view of the lake and harbor right in front. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and we appreciated the option of having a LAN cable in the room. The continental breakfast was of high quality, with fresh fruits and perfect croissants. We highly recommend ordering the omelet, as it was truly extraordinary. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the island on foot, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. The attentive and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The parking at the hotel may be expensive, but it is definitely worth it as there is no free parking available and the closest parking garages are quite far. This place exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return.

There was nothing to dislike about our stay here. The spa was very nice, and the indoor pool offered a panoramic view of the harbor area.

It is in the middle of the Old Town, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with tasteful decor and comfortable amenities. The staff is polite, helpful, and English-speaking, providing excellent service. The breakfast is varied and delicious, and guests can enjoy dining on the terrace with a breathtaking view of the harbor and lighthouse.

One of the rooms we stayed in was smaller than expected, lacking sufficient space for luggage.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed two facts offered, including a clean and well-maintained pool and a hot sauna to unwind at the end of the day. the hotel's key location, being close to the train station and ferry access, made it easy for me to come and go as I pleased. I appreciated that the breakfast spread was tasty and had great service.

I didn't enjoy the German-style feather pillows, which were a little flat and not as plump as I'm used to. the front desk service could have been more helpful in suggesting where to purchase an umbrella and in providing a heads-up email about street closures outside of the hotel.

Amazing location on small harbor near lake, steps from Old Town. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Excellent food at restaurant.
