I was furious to discover that the shuttle to Venice cost 4€ per person for a mere 5-minute ride. It felt like they were trying to squeeze every last cent out of us! The breakfast was disappointing and not up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. To top it off, I had an awkward encounter with a staff member over my casual attire during breakfast, which was completely unnecessary and embarrassing. Overall, the hotel felt outdated and in desperate need of renovations.

Had a boss time! The staff were dead sound, always smiling, and the gardens with peacocks made it extra special. Breakfast had loads of tasty options. Only downside was the shuttle costs, but still, made our trips to Venice easy. Can't wait to go back in 2024!

From the moment we arrived, the welcoming staff made us feel right at home. Our spacious room had a lovely balcony, perfect for relaxing with a glass of local wine while watching the peacocks roam the grounds. The breakfast spread each morning was delightful, with plenty of options. We also appreciated the convenient shuttle service to the train station, making our trips into Venice a breeze.

I had a terrible experience with the air conditioning. it kept turning off every 30 minutes, leaving us roasting at night. The noise isolation was poor. we could hear every conversation from the next room which only added to our discomfort. Plus, we encountered a rude staff member who embarrassed me over my casual attire during breakfast, which was completely unnecessary. I'll definitely think twice before returning.
