We had a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and clean. The pool and spa area were fantastic, perfect for a relaxing swim. The restaurant had delicious breakfast options. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel. The location of this place was also very nice, situated in a small tourist village. It was perfect, being in the town and right on the lake. The hotel itself was quite luxurious, with a traditional Black Forest decor that complemented the comfortable restaurant. The food and drink were excellent, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff were efficient and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room amenities were also top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including free Wi-Fi. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I must say that the only downside I experienced at this hotel was the staff. While the reception staff were friendly and wonderful, the rest of the staff seemed to be surly or angry with everyone.

Great location! the hotel is situated in the heart of a beautiful forest, so the views are stunning. the New Year's Eve fireworks display was amazing to watch from our room. the breakfast was ample and there was a wide variety of items to choose from. the spa facilities, including the saunas and pools, were also great.

The hotel in general is a bit run down. the rooms weren't as clean as I would have liked, and our towels were stained.
