As adventure travelers, we loved the modern, clean, and spacious room with a comfortable bed. The shower was fantastic, and the soundproof windows with blackout curtains provided a peaceful sleep. The location was perfect, within walking distance to key places and close to subway stations for easy airport access. The staff at reception were super friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. The hotel's concept of minimizing waste was admirable, with housekeeping upon request and no single-use plastic amenities.

Some guests have mentioned a lack of cabinets with drawers in the rooms, which can be inconvenient for longer stays.

My stay at Scandic was wonderful. The rooms were nicely appointed with a comfortable bed, blackout curtains, and a great coffee maker. There was plenty of space to unpack and hanger racks for clothes. The sauna was a lovely addition to start or end the day. I also appreciated the free bicycles provided, which allowed me to explore Hamburg even more. The free wifi worked well, except for a sneaky incident where someone redirected Mac App Store connections.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast at Scandic was amazing, with a wide variety of choices. The breakfast staff were very nice, helpful, and polite. They even accommodated my dietary intolerances with gluten-free bread and soya milk. The food in the restaurant and bar was of top quality, and we were pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The hotel itself was nice, clean, and new, with a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The attention to detail for pets was impressive, with dog amenities provided. we highly recommend this hotel for its great breakfast, staff, and comfortable stay.

I stayed at a hotel for a few nights and I have to say the breakfast was really good. They had a lot of options, including some healthy choices, and everything was fresh and delicious. The location was also perfect, very central and close to everything we wanted to visit.

I requested a specific room through the hotel website and when I arrived it turned out they did not fulfill my request. The worst part was the noise, though.

The location of this place was superb, just a one-minute walk to the metro station, and very close to the shopping area. The room was equipped with great amenities such as an electric kettle and mini-bar. The staff was always helpful and polite, and the breakfast was amazing with a wide range of food to choose from.

I had a fantastic stay at Scandic! The Superior Room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with dimmable LED lights for a cozy atmosphere in the evening. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Jungfernstieg and Reeperbahn. The best part was the living room concept, with free snacks and drinks throughout the day. Breakfast was also amazing, starting early at 6:30 am. The view from my room was delightful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Scandic for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I was thrilled with the accessibility of Scandic. When I injured my foot before my trip, they immediately provided a room with a wet room shower and even provided a shower seat. They also lent me a wheelchair, which allowed me to explore the Christmas markets with ease. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making my holiday enjoyable despite my injury. I highly recommend this hotel.
