My recent stay at Saltcotes Farm was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt like part of the family. The host, Sarah, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She even greeted me with cake and tea, which was a lovely touch. The farm itself is a working farm, so it had a rustic and authentic feel that I really enjoyed. The location was also perfect - close enough to Ulverston for a leisurely walk, and the views over Morecombe Bay were breathtaking. The Bay Horse, a nearby restaurant, was fantastic and offered delicious meals. One of the highlights of my stay was the homemade three-course meal that Sarah prepared for us on Sunday - it was absolutely delicious! The farm also offered lovely walks and was close to the beach, which made it perfect for relaxation. My son had a great time learning about farm life and even surprised me with a Mother's Day breakfast in bed, thanks to Sarah's kindness. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Saltcotes Farm for anyone looking for a peaceful and unique getaway.

My stay at Saltcotes Farm Bed & Breakfast was absolutely brilliant. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The location was perfect, nestled in the peaceful countryside but still within walking distance of the town. The host, Sarah, was exceptional - friendly, chatty, and incredibly helpful. She even took the time to chat with me about the area and recommended some great restaurants and local attractions. The breakfast was delicious, with a continental option included. The room itself was cozy and spotless, with a heavenly bed that provided a great night's sleep. Although there were a couple of small drawbacks, such as the need for new carpeting and the lack of a door between the bedroom and en-suite bathroom, they didn't detract from my overall enjoyment of my stay. I highly recommend Saltcotes Farm Bed & Breakfast for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

A fantastic stay at Saltcotes Farm! The property is a working farm off the beaten track, perfect for some much-needed relaxation. Our host Sarah was incredibly friendly and accommodating, greeting us with cake and tea upon arrival. The location was peaceful and beautiful, surrounded by nature. We enjoyed a delicious three-course meal prepared by Sarah, and the nearby Bay Horse restaurant had amazing views over Morecombe Bay. The ensuite room was comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Highly recommended for a friendly and peaceful getaway.
