Had a great Christmas stay at the castle hotel. Stunning ambiance with elegant design. The breakfast buffet was amazing with plenty of food options. The surrounding countryside is perfect for long peaceful walks with beautiful views of the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Although the rooms were comfortable, some furnishings were worn and not up to a castle standard. The pillows were of low quality. The bathrooms were modern but lacked the old castle style. Some outdoor facilities, such as garden furniture cushions, were not well maintained.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location on top of a hill provided breathtaking views of the valley and lake below. The building itself was absolutely beautiful, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful, even though we had limited German language skills. The service at the restaurant was outstanding, with delicious dinner options and a great breakfast spread. We also appreciated the little touches like a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, a cozy sitting area, and a terrace with garden furniture where we could take in the picturesque surroundings.
