We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location right by the lake was absolutely breathtaking. We loved waking up to the stunning view from our room. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The room was clean, quiet, and beautifully appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, with a good variety of choices to start our day off right. the level of comfort and quality of service here exceeded our expectations.

Our new year's stay was enjoyable, with excellent views of the lake from the room, and easy access to public transport. the staff were friendly and offered a great spa experience. One exceptional feature was the free boat ride, which was a pleasant surprise.

The beds were uncomfortable and had hard mattresses which could have provided more comfort. the Wi-Fi connection was poor in our room, although it worked well in the public areas.

Great atmosphere, nice pool area, friendly and attentive staff at the bar and front desk. New rooms and facilities, beautiful rooftop terrace. Free boat ride with tourist tax on Mondays.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, and the room we stayed in was fantastic with a breathtaking view of the lake. The location was perfect, right by the lake and next to the train station, making it easy for us to explore nearby towns. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast delights with more variety would have made the morning meal even better.
