I had a terrible experience with the staff at this hotel. They were rude and dismissive when I asked for help, making me feel like I was bothering them.

Decent option for a mini-vacation in New York with decent value for money. Great location for exploring the city.

The location is awesome! Super close to Times Square and Broadway but still quiet. Rooms are clean and comfy with good views. We had everything like a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. The fitness center was a nice bonus too. The staff was really nice and handled our late package without any fuss.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after busy days. Temperature control was an issue; the AC was noisy and inconsistent. The bathroom had modern fixtures, but the water pressure was low, and the tub showed signs of wear. I appreciated the coffee, hot chocolate, and tea available every morning – a nice touch. The room was generally clean, but housekeeping was hit or miss, needing reminders for basic supplies. The spacious design allowed for easy movement, though the lack of a full-length mirror was a downside. the room met our basic needs but had room for improvement.

Spacious rooms with two double beds worked perfectly for us. The laundry room was a lifesaver, very handy to have.

It wasn't inexpensive, but it was still reasonable.

Despite some minor inconveniences with the elevators being a bit slow, the location was excellent for exploring nearby attractions and restaurants. The room was well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, making my stay comfortable and convenient. The staff members were friendly and helpful, adding to a pleasant overall experience.

I absolutely loved how easy it was to stroll to so many amazing places like Times Square, which was just a couple of blocks away, and other popular spots like Central Park and the iconic Radio City Music Hall! The area is booming with restaurants, from cozy diners to fancy eateries, making it perfect for grabbing a bite after a long day of walking; plus, the friendly staff and clean rooms really added to my experience! But, I wish they had more convenient amenities like ice machines on each floor instead of just the lobby.

The coffee service included in the resort fee was underwhelming, and missing in-room coffee is a notable omission. Despite its flaws, the hotel’s charm and location make it a contender for a future stay. With improvements in service consistency and attention to details, it could truly shine.
