The location was superb, allowing us to walk to most places and only a short Uber ride away from other attractions. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable with a great city view, and the nearby landmarks like the American Museum of Natural History and Bryant Park added to our family bonding experience. The relaxation facilities and nearby attractions truly enhanced our stay.

In the king room, we felt the decor was a bit tired, with only one window drape and marked furnishings. The shower above the bath was a minor inconvenience.
