the belvedere's charm was overshadowed by terrible noise issues from the air conditioning, which rattled all night. i also must mention the lack of thick blankets, a truly shocking oversight for such an establishment. it would ve been nice to receive an upgrade as compensation, but I guess only some guests matter here. disappointed, almost gave a good review.

Comfortable room, helpful staff, conveniently located near a subway station and surrounded by many great eateries, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy a quick bite before heading out to Central Park, just a short walk away.

We love the hotel's prime location, just a block and a half from Times Square, surrounded by an array of restaurants and bars. The staff is genuinely friendly and accommodating, enhancing our stay with their helpfulness. Our room is clean and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat after our adventures.

The safe worked about as well as a chocolate teapot! Plus, the pillows were so thin I thought I was sleeping on pancakes!

My room was a lovely surprise—much nicer than I'd anticipated! Plenty of hot water and a perfect amount of pressure in the shower. Plus, I loved being in a quieter part of Hells Kitchen, close to all the fun spots.

Had a long wait at check-in, and the shower curtain was a bit too short—talk about a slip-and-slide experience! Also, the taxi driver might as well have been auditioning for a scam artist role.

the location is awsome, super close to times square and tons of food places nearby. staff were really friendly and helpful. my room was clean and had a nice microwave which was cool. i loved just chilling after long days of walking around. it felt homey.
