I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and offering breathtaking views. The restaurant upstairs was a true gem, providing a beautiful atmosphere to enjoy a delicious meal in the evening. The staff here were outstanding, providing top-notch service from the moment I arrived. The room was well-equipped and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. I especially loved the mini-bar, which was fully stocked and included in the price of my stay. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a great bonus.

Charming Hotel in a Stunning Location

We recently stayed at a beautiful hotel nestled by a picturesque lake surrounded by lush green gardens. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and our room was spacious, bright, and airy. The highlight was the delicious buffet-style breakfast offering a wide variety of tasty options, including freshly baked pastries, eggs, bacon, cheeses. The stunning view of the garden and lake from the breakfast room added to the delightful experience. The room itself was comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and a refreshing design. We also appreciated the inclusive mini-bar and the fact that the hotel appeared to be recently renovated. There was even a dedicated path down to the lake, where we enjoyed a coffee and explored the volcanic areas nearby. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a lack of a great view from our top-floor room and some challenges with the bathroom light, our overall stay was enjoyable. The hotel's location next to a church and convent does mean an early wake-up call from the bells, but the friendly and helpful staff made up for it. We would definitely recommend this charming hotel for a relaxing and memorable stay. a wonderful experience!

During my recent business trip to Mayen, I had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel. The location was truly breathtaking, with a beautiful view of the lake from the room and terrace restaurant. I enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant, with a rich menu and attentive service. The hotel also had a convenient SPA for longer stays. there were nature paths and trails nearby, providing a great opportunity for outdoor activities. it was reasonably priced.

The room was a bit small with a small bed.
