We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Rouen. the friendly staff at Mercure were incredibly helpful, even late at night when we needed a pharmacy. the location was perfect, right across from the beautiful promenade along the Seine river. We enjoyed delicious breakfast options, and the restaurant menu de jour at Honfleur was excellent. Our rooms overlooked a quiet park, and it was an easy walk to the old part of town and cathedral. the check-in was fast, and the parking was affordable at only 0,60 Euro/h. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had a great experience at the hotel. the staff at Mercure were extremely friendly and helpful, and the restaurant staff were also very attentive. When we had an issue with the AC in our room, the receptionist quickly came to fix it. the family room was spacious and allowed plenty of room for the children to play. the main bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the map provided at reception to help us navigate the city center, which was just a short walk away. we were impressed with the fast response and helpfulness of the staff.
